Beth and Lori in studio

Here are Beth and Lori in the studio with Lynn and I on Friday. They had both flown in from out of town to spend the weekend with Lynn in Boston. It was our first day in our new studio space. I had previously shared the space since 2003 with Chris Chou so it felt like a homecoming of sorts.

We're having good nights with Sasha other than her early morning barking that can sometimes start around 4am. It is hard to ignore it which is what we're advised to do, especially in the city with neighbors all around and all of us with open windows. She is now 16 weeks old and will have her first vet visit tomorrow morning. I continue to read the puppy book by the Monks of New Skete and am rather horrified that I've done pretty much everything wrong so far. Although she seems to have turned out OK so far.

For example, they say that she should have limited contact with other dogs until she is 16 weeks and has had all her shots. I have had her in the dog park every morning for the last 4 weeks with lots of other dogs. Who knew? Whatever I've done "wrong" has surely been counter-balanced by how much I adore her?
